Gettysburg's Schott Named Player of the Year
(November 6) - The 1997 All-Centennial Conference volleyball team was announced yesterday. Gettysburg placed four players on the elite squad, headed by sophomore middle hitter Catherine Schott, who was named Player of the Year.

Gettysburg Captures Title
(November 8) - Gettysburg rolled to the championship at the first Centennial Conference volleyball tournament, defeating Western Maryland, 3-0, and Franklin & Marshall, 3-0.
