Centennial Conference2006 Women's Basketball Championship
|
The 2006 Centennial Conference Women's Basketball final four will be hosted by the regular-season top seed on February 25-26. A first-round game between the Nos. 4 and 5 seeds will be played on February 22.
If one school is the top seed for both the men's and women's tournaments ... in even-numbered years (2006), the women will play both semifinals and championship game first (example: 12 and 2 p.m.) and the men will play second (example: 4:30 and 6:30).

Centennial Championship Seeding Procedure
1. Head-to-Head Centennial Conference competition, if two teams are played between tied teams;
2. Head-to-Head road victory, if tied teams play just once;
3. Records versus teams in descending order of standing;
4. Stronger strength of schedule in Centennial Conference games (higher opponent winning percentage):
5. Coin Flip by the Executive Director;
Incomplete Tournament. If the championship tournament cannot be completed and each team has completed at least one tournament contest, the highest remaining seed will be the Conference's champion and automatic qualifier to the NCAA tournament. Otherwise, the top seed as determined by the regular season will receive the automatic qualifier.
Ticket Prices. An admission charge will be assessed at each round of the Conference tournament, including tie-breaker games.
