Ticket Prices. An admission charge will be assessed at each session of the Conference championship. - $3 for morning trials, $5 for evening finals and $15 for an all-sessions pass. No students at participating Conference institutions (with valid student ID) nor youth 12 and under will be charged an admission fee. There are no complimentary tickets for the Conference swimming championships, though an institution may purchase tickets for special guests and friends of the institution.

Centennial Championship Policy on Travel. Teams are prohibited from practicing at the championship site on the Thursday before the championship meet - host team excluded. If the championship is conducted at Franklin & Marshall College, teams will not travel on the Thursday before the championship. Should inclement weather conditions arise, the decision to travel on Thursday then lies with the institution.

Championship Meet Committee. A championship meet committee will handle any conflicts or concerns that might arise during the course of the meet. The committee will be comprised of the meet referee, a Conference representative or representative from the host institution, and two coaches - Bob Rueppel (Franklin & Marshall) and Paul Richards (Dickinson).

Suspension of Championship. The liaison for the committee (Shawn Carty, Franklin & Marshall) should be "on call" in the event that an unforeseen emergency causes the suspension of the championship. The liaison will serve as the administrative component in the decision-making process along with the administrators on the games committee.
