Stephanie Stroud, Franklin & Marshall (Jr., Mattapoisett, MA/Old Rochester Regional HS) - Stroud ran a personal-best 19:44.49 as the Diplomats' third runner and 80th-place finisher overall at the Gettysburg Invitational.
Kristin Roberts, Gettysburg (Fr., Reading, PA/Exeter HS) - Roberts had her best 5k race of the year, posting a season-best time of 18:27.37 to finish 15th in a field of 227 at her school's own invitational.
Ann Wanner, Haverford (Jr., Crozet, VA/Albemarle Western HS) - Wanner ran a personal-best 19:50.97 as she was the team's fifth runner for the first time this year. She finished 91st overall at the Gettysburg meet.
Cindy Bredefeld, Muhlenberg (Jr., Oak Ridge, NJ/Jefferson Twp. HS) - Bredefeld was one of six Muhlenberg runners among the top eight finishers at the Mules' five-way meet. She came in second with a time of 21:08.6.
Sarah McClure, Swarthmore (Jr., Maplewood, NJ/Columbia HS) - McClure helped the Garnet to a fourth-place finish at the Seven Sisters Invitational. She finished 30th overall in 21:39.
