Megan Openhym, Dickinson (Fr., Bel Air, MD/Bel Air HS) - Openhym stepped up her performance to help the Red Devils to a sweep of Elizabethtown and Messiah. She finished second overall in 19:50 and held off Messiah's top runner to seal the win.

Sarah Johnston, Franklin & Marshall (Sr., Fairfield, PA/ Fairfield HS) - Johnston finished fourth on the team and 17th overall a the Little Three championships. She cut 90 seconds off her previous best time for the course.

Abby Jackson, Gettysburg (Fr., Peterborough, NH/Con Val Regional HS) - Jackson broke into the top five for the first time this season, finishing 25th overall at the Little Three championships.

Joko Agunloye, Swarthmore (So., Jamaica, NY/Hillcrest HS) - Agunloye posted a school-record time of 18:43 to place eighth overall at the Tidewater Fall Classic at Salisbury State. She led the team to a fourth-place finish.

Erica Heil, Ursinus (Jr., Allentown, PA/William Allen HS) - Heil led the Bears to a fifth-place team finish as she finished 12th overall individually in 21:42 at the Susquehanna Invitational.

Jill Krebs, Western Maryland (Fr., New Windsor, MD/South Carroll HS) - Krebs led her team for the third straight meet, running a personal-best 19:22 over the 5k course. She finished 12th in a field of 93 runners from Divisions I, II and III.
