Nick Grover, Dickinson (So. Bradford Woods, PA / North Allegheny HS) - Grover finished fourth at the Little Three Meet as the Red Devils won their third consecutive title. He then finished 19th overall at the Frostburg State Invitational.

Frank McCartney, Franklin & Marshall (Sr., Chalfont, PA / Germantown Academy) - McCartney took home two second-place finishes last week at the Little Three Meet and at the Frostburg Invitational.

Jason Rose, Gettysburg (Jr., Hornell, NY / Hornell HS) - Rose finished eighth at the Little Three Meet, then came in 15th out of 217 runners at the Frostburg Invite.

Michael Wortley, Johns Hopkins (Jr., Big Island, VA / Jefferson Forest HS) - Wortley ran a season-best time and was Hopkins' fastest runner at the Frostburg State Invitational.

Jeff Doyon, Swarthmore (Sr., Lewiston, ME / Lewiston HS) - Doyon finished 37th overall at the Frostburg Invite, bettering his previous personal record by 37 seconds.
