Katie Wolff, Bryn Mawr (So., Pittsburgh, PA / Exeter Academy) - Wolff started off the year on the right foot, finishing as the Mawrters' third runner at the Ursinus Invitational.

Megan Openhym, Dickinson (So., Abingdon, MD / Bel Air HS) - Openhym posted a fourth-place finish to help the Red Devils to the Lebanon Valley Invitational title.

Kristin Roberts, Gettysburg (So., Reading, P A / Exeter Township HS) - Roberts finished second out of 54 runners at the Lebanon Valley Invitational, leading the Bullets to a fourth-place finish in the field of 24 teams.

Stephanie Black, Johns Hopkins (So., Westford, PA / North Allegheny HS) - Black led the team to a third-place finish, ahead of two Division I teams, at the Baltimore Metro Invitational.

Laura Roth, Muhlenberg (Jr., Schnecksville, P A / Parkland HS ) - Roth was Muhlenberg's top finisher in each of the first two races of the season. She came in 15th out of 254 runners at the Lebanon Valley Invite and fifth among Division III runners at Kutztown.

Joko Agunloye, Swarthmore (Jr., Jamaica, NY / Hillcrest HS) - Agunloye captured the Ursinus Invitational and placed fourth at the Lebanon Valley Invite to lead the Garnet to a seventh-place team finish.

Jill Krebs, Western Maryland (So., New Windsor, MD / South Carroll HS ) -Krebs won the Shepherd Invitational for the second straight year and led the first 1-2-3 invitational sweep in WMC cross country history.
