    Fall Academic Honor Roll Announced
(November 18) - Three-hundred students have been named to the 2008 Centennial Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll for their performance in the classroom and on the field of play. Haverford Coach Throws It All Away for the Joys of Teaching
(November 13) - "Holding his award in his hands, Tom Donnelly, Haverford College's longtime men's cross-country and track coach, walked to the banks of the Mississippi River and tossed the trophy in the water. This was 2001, but it could have been any of several years that Donnelly has won an N.C.A.A. Division III Coach of the Year award. He throws them all away. "Usually in the garbage," Donnelly said, explaining that the 2001 season happened to come to an end next to the Mississippi. "We ran terrible that day, so I wasn't waiting. I blamed myself."

Nichter Named Centennial Coach of the Year
(November 12) - Dickinson head coach Don Nichter has been recognized by his colleagues as the 2008 Centennial Conference men's cross country Coach of the Year. The Red Devils broke Haverford's 15-year stranglehold on the Conference championship this fall.

(November 4) - Dickinson's Greg Leak has been selected as the Conference's Runner of the Week. Leak led the Devils to the Centennial Conference championship, becoming the first Dickinson runner to win the individual title and be crowned the Conference's Runner of the Year.
