Swarthmore senior attacker Julie Noyes (Media, Pa./Strath Haven) was a first-team All-CC choice and was also named the Conference's Player of the Year in balloting conducted by the conference's 11 head coaches. Noyes was the leading scorer among Conference players, registering 57-5-62 in 10 CC games and 96 goals and 13 assists for 109 points overall. She graduates with 278 career goals and311 career points.
The eight-member Blue Jay contingent was led by junior attacker Jenn Ward (Wilton, Conn./Wilton). The only unanimous first-team selection and a repeater from the 1994 squad, she was third in the Conference in scoring (39-20-59) and had 60-30-90 overall. Joining her on the first attack unit was classmate Francine Brennan (Allenhurst, N.J./Miss Porter's School), who was second in CC scoring (33-27-60) and had 49-41-90 overall. Senior defender Trixie Sabundayo (Baltimore, Md./Bryn Mawr) and freshman goalkeeper Anita Patibandla (Canton, Ohio/Western Reserve) round out the JHU first-teamers. Sabundayo led a defense which permitted just 56 goals in 10 CC games, while Patibandla posted a Conference-leading 64.6 overall save percentage.
Johns Hopkins also placed senior attacker Sonia Dickson (Butler, Pa./Shady Side) and sophomore defender Mary Ann McGuire (Rumson, N.J./Rumson-Fair Haven) on the second team, while junior defender Jocelyn Polston (Lansdowne, Pa./Penn Wood) and sophomore defender Lara Fisher (Brookville, N.Y./Portledge) were honorable mention selections.
Joining Noyes, Ward and Brennan on the first attack unit were Ursinus senior Amy Landis (Limerick, Pa./Spring-Ford), Gettysburg senior Colleen Dunn (Chatham, N.J./Chatham) and Franklin & Marshall junior Tami Videon (Newtown Square, Pa./Marple Newtown). Landis led the Bears with 57 goals and 16 assists for 73 points, while Dunn was second to Noyes in goals among CC players, tallying 81 on the season. Videon was second to Brennan in assists with 32 to go along with 42 goals.
The leading vote-getter among the defenders was Franklin & Marshall senior Jamie Lipari (Towaca, N.J./Montville), who moved up from the second team in 1994. The other three first-team defenders are Ursinus junior Jen Stone (Boyertown, Pa./Boyertown), Swarthmore senior Madeline Fraser (Alexandria, Va./West Potomac) and Gettysburg senior Jen Kline (Glyndon, Md./Franklin).
