Three Share Weekly Awards
(March 16) - Washington freshman Shaelan Nottingham, Muhlenberg junior Ashley Brewer and Ursinus senior Lauren Davis-Macedonia have been named the Conference's Player and Pitchers of the Week. Nottingham (pictured) batted a team best .571 (8-for-14) and also was tops on the squad in hits (8), doubles (3), slugging (.786), on-base (.600) and tied for the team high in total bases (11). Brewer allowed no earned runs and only six hits while striking out 18 in 12 innings in a pair of complete-game wins against Lesley and Northwestern. Macedonia-Davis gave up one earned run in five games on the week for a 0.28 ERA. She struck out 39 batters in 25.2 innings of work with one walk.
