Top-seeded Johns Hopkins advanced in the winner's bracket to the championship round and third-seeded Haverford won twice to set up a championship showdown between the Blue Jays and Fords on Sunday in Baltimore, Md. 

Haverford opened the day with a 4-2 victory over fourth-seeded Muhlenberg, knocking the Mules out of the tournament. Hopkins then downed second-seeded F&M 8-1 in the winner's bracket, sending the Blue Jays to the title round. In the third and final game of the day, Haverford outlasted F&M 8-5 in 10 innings, with Ethan Lee-Tyson's three-run homer in the top of the 10th proving to be the difference for the Fords. 

JHU and Haverford will meet in Sunday's championship at noon. The Fords must win twice in order to claim the title. 

The Johns Hopkins baseball team will be playing for the 11th Centennial Conference Tournament title in program history on Sunday, as the Blue Jays advanced to the championship round with an 8-1 victory over Franklin & Marshall on Saturday afternoon. For the full recap, click here

The Haverford College baseball team (20-19) won a pair of must-win contests on Saturday at Babb Field on the campus of Johns Hopkins to advance to the Centennial Conference Championship Sunday afternoon. The Fords opened up the day with a 4-2 victory over Muhlenberg, before returning in the late afternoon to do battle with Franklin & Marshall, avenging an opening round loss on Thursday with a 8-5 victory in 10 inningss. Senior Ethan Lee-Tyson knocked a pair of homers in the win over the Diplomats, tying the score at 5-5 before his three-run blast put Haverford ahead for good in extra innings.
