Gwynedd-Mercy 3, Swarthmore 2

SWARTHMORE, Pa. - Sophomore Nia Jones and freshmen Beth Johnson each tallied goals for Swarthmore, but it wasn't enough to push the Garnet past visiting Gwynedd-Mercy as Swarthmore fell to the Griffins 3-2 on Tuesday.

#4 Lynchburg 5, #2 Franklin & Marshall 0

WINCHESTER, Va. - No. 4 Lynchburg broke open a scoreless game with a flurry of goals in the final 15 minutes to hand No. 2 Franklin & Marshall a 5-0 loss and its first of the season. The Diplomats fall to 11-1 overall with the loss, while the Hornets improve to 12-1.

#6 TCNJ 6, Johns Hopkins 3

EWING, N.J. - Host and No. 6 TCNJ scored three goals in each half en route to a 6-3 win over Johns Hopkins in non-conference field hockey action Tuesday night. The Blue Jays drop their fifth-straight contest and fall to 5-7 on the season, while the Lions improve to 11-2.

Washington College 5, #18 Mary Washington 3

CHESTERTOWN, Md. - Senior midfielder Gussie Reilly scored one goal and assisted on a career-high three others, while freshmen forward Claire McAuliffe scored two goals to lead host Washington College to a 5-3 upset over No. 18 Mary Washington in non-conference field hockey action Tuesday.
