On Dec. 3, the Bryn Mawr College field hockey team traveled to the Bache-Martin Elementary in Philadelphia to introduce and teach the sport they love to 4th and 5th grade students.

Hennigan, Hobbs Named to NFHCA All-America Team
Franklin & Marshall's Maura Hennigan and Haverford's Mary Hobbs were named to the NFHCA All-America field hockey team on Tuesday.

The Centennial Conference is represented by 15 players on the 2012 NFHCA Division III All-South Region team.

374 Named to Academic Honor Roll
The 2012 Centennial Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll recognizes 374 students for their performance in the classroom and as a member of a varsity team. Forty-six students also earned All-Centennial recognition, while one of those was the Conference Runner of the Year.

Centennial Conference champion Franklin & Marshall will play host to Eastern in the first round of the NCAA Division III Field Hockey championship on Wednesday.

Diplomats Handle Haverford for First Centennial Title
No. 4 Franklin & Marshall captured its first-ever Centennial Conference (CC) field hockey title with a 4-1 triumph over No. 15 Haverford on Sunday at Tylus Field. The Diplomats (18-1) have now won 18-straight games and earn the CC's automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.

Ursinus, Washington College Punch Playoff Tickets
A night after Gettysburg locked up the final first-round bye, Ursinus and Washington College punched their tickets to the five-team tournament field on Saturday. The Bears toppled Muhlenberg, 2-1, while the Shorewomen advanced despite a 3-2 loss to McDaniel.

Kristen Zublin registered a hat trick as the No. 5 Franklin & Marshall field hockey team defeated Gettysburg 3-1 to lock up homefield advantage in the Centennial playoffs for the second straight year. Johns Hopkins kept its playoff hopes alive with a 2-1 win over McDaniel.

Wednesday Stunners: Dickinson Shocks Hopkins, Washington Upends Ursinus
Allison Forhan scored the game-winning goal in overtime to give Dickinson a 4-3 win over Johns Hopkins in early field hockey action on Wednesday. It is the first win for the Devils over the Blue Jays since 2004. Washington College registered its first win over Ursinus in the program's history with a 3-2 overtime triumph.
