Wixted averaged 17.5 points, 11.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 3.5 blocks, while shooting 55.0 percent from the floor in a 1-1 week for the Red Devils. He had back-to-back double-doubles with 21 points and 10 rebounds vs. Juniata and 14-13 vs. Haverford.

Muhlenberg junior G Malique Killing (Philadelphia, Pa.) posted his fourth career 30-point game, pouring in 37 in an overtime loss at Washington College.

Swarthmore first-year F Chris Bourne (Monmouth Jct., N.J.) led Swarthmore to its first win in a Conference opener since 1999, scoring 22 points and collecting seven rebounds in a 69-65 win over Gettysburg. The last time the Garnet won a Centennial lidlifter was Dec. 3, 1999, downing McDaniel, 68-58.

Johns Hopkins junior G Jimmy Hammer (Collegeville, Pa.) drained four three-pointers for a game-high 24 points as the Blue Jays opened CC play with a 90-56 win over Ursinus.

Gettysburg sophomore G Sango Amolo (Falls Church, Va.) scored 11 points, dished out six assists and made two blocks - including a game-saving swat on a potential game-tying shot in the closing seconds - in the Bullets' 59-57 victory at York.

Washington College junior F Sean Flanigan (Newark, Del.) posted career highs with 17 points and 14 rebounds as the Shoremen handed Muhlenberg its first loss of the season, 104-99, in overtime.

Franklin & Marshall sophomore F Cedric Moune (Douala, Cameroon) had a double-double with 15 points and 14 rebounds as the Diplomats won their first game of the season, downing Keystone, 72-66.
