Dickinson and Gettysburg represent the Centennial Conference as Inside Lacrosse's Face-Off Yearbook Magazine released its preseason Division III top 20. The Red Devils are ranked third, behind Salisbury and Amherst, while Gettysburg comes in at No. 16.

Dickinson junior long-stick midfielder Brandon Palladino was named to Inside Lacrosse's Face-Off Yearbook Magazine's preseason first-team All-America squad. Three other Centennial players - Haverford's Dillon Hammill and Joe Banno, along with Ursinus' Jeff Ocampo - were selected for the second team, while nine other players were tabbed as honorable mention picks.

The Red Devils were also selected as the preseason favorite to win the Conference and had five players chosen to the magazine's preseason All-Centennial team.
