AROUND THE CONFERENCE
The Conference playoff chase will come down to the final weekend with all four games having implications.
Gettysburg can lock up the top seed with a win at Dickinson. A Bullet loss opens the door for Washington College to steal the #1 seed with a win at Ursinus. Losses by Gettysburg and Washington would give Dickinson a shot at the top spot based on head-to-head records against the fourth-place team.
McDaniel can secure the final spot in the field with a win at Swarthmore. A Green Terror loss enables Haverford to get the #4 seed with a win at Muhlenberg.
Swarthmore defeated Haverford for the first time since 2004 with a three-overtime 10-9 triumph over the Fords. Junior Steve Selverian (Chadds Ford, PA / Garnet Valley) scored the game-winning goal.
Franklin & Marshall senior Colin McKew (Glen Arm, MD / Loyola Blakefield School) has 94 career assists and is six shy of becoming the 11th player in Centennial history to reach 100. Senior Andrew Setian (Williamsburg, VA / Walsingham Academy) became just the fourth CC player since 2002 to win 500 face-offs (502).
Haverford senior GK Joe Banno (Monroe, CT / Notre Dame) has 694 career saves and is six away from becoming the sixth 'keeper in Conference history with 700 stops.
Dickinson junior A Nick Leon (Chevy Chase, MD / Gonzaga) leads the Centennial with eight man-up goals, while senior M Sam Abramson (Alexandria, VA / Potomac) tops the Conference with two man-down tallies.
