#2 OWU Ends Hopkins Season
The second-ranked Ohio Wesleyan Battling Bishops scored in the 14th minute and held off a late Hopkins charge in a 1-0 win over the Blue Jays Saturday night in the NCAA Sweet 16. The Blue Jays end their season in the Sweet 16 for the third straight season, finishing at 15-4-4.

For the third straight season, the Centennial Conference has two representatives in the NCAA Division III men's soccer championship Sweet 16. Hueber Sends Hop to Sweet 16
Senior co-captain Kevin Hueber bent a beautiful free kick inside the upper right 90 in the 102nd minute to lift Johns Hopkins to a 2-1 win over host and fourth-ranked Christopher Newport Saturday night in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Hopkins improves to 15-3-4 overall and hands Christopher Newport (20-2-1) its first loss at home since November 23, 2008 - a streak of 23 straight games.

The road that leads to a tournament final for the Muhlenberg men’s soccer team is a two-Way street. For the second week in a row, sophomore Danny Way scored two goals in the opening round of a postseason tournament. This time it was all the scoring in the game, as the Mules defeated Keene State, 2-0, in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Bukoski's Golden Goal Lifts Jays
Senior Scott Bukoski scored in the 97th minute to give Johns Hopkins its first and only lead of the game as the Blue Jays twice rallied from one-goal deficits to defeat Richard Stockton, 3-2, in overtime in the first round of the NCAA Tournament Friday night at Christopher Newport. The Blue Jays improve to 14-3-4 and advance to Saturday's second round game.

All-CC Men's Soccer Team; Langley Named Player of Year
Swarthmore, who won its second Centennial championship in three years, placed three players on the first team as the 2010 All-Conference men's soccer team was released today. Garnet senior forward Morgan Langley was a unanimous first-team selection and became the first Swarthmore player to earn Centennial Player of the Year honors. Joining him on the first team were junior forward Fabian Castro and junior midfielder Micah Rose. Muhlenberg junior midfielder Cody Antonini was also a unanimous first-team choice of the Conference's 10 head coaches.

Johns Hopkins senior Scott Bukoski (Sagamore, MA / Bourne) continued his late season tear with a pair of goals as the Blue Jays defeated the Gettysburg Bullets, 4-1, in the first round of the Centennial Conference Tournament at Homewood Field. The Blue Jays improve to 13-3-3 with their third straight win and advance to the Centennial Conference semifinals. The Bullets conclude their season at 5-10-2.

"Richard Stockton's Kyle Evans scored the game-winning goal in the 102nd minute as the homestanding Ospreys upset the No. 1 Swarthmore College men's soccer team 2-1 (2OT) on Wednesday evening from South Jersey. The loss is Swarthmore's first of the 2010 season and comes just one day after the Garnet reached No. 1 in the national rankings for the first time in program history."

Swarthmore Ranked #1 by NSCAA
For the first time in the 18-year history of the Conference, a Centennial team is ranked first in the country, as the NSCAA has Swarthmore in the top spot. The Garnet, 11-0-2 overall, moved up one spot in the rankings after a loss by last week's #1 - Christopher Newport. Gettysburg (1993) and Johns Hopkins (2004, 2007) have been ranked as high as #2 in previous years.
