Haverford Named D3 Scholar Team of Year for Second Straight Season
The Haverford College men's cross country team was named the 2011 NCAA Division III Scholar Team of the Year by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Thursday.

Fall All-Sportsmanship Team
The Centennial Conference Student-Athlete Advisory Committee established the All-Sportsmanship team in 2007. Each team elected one member from their team who displayed good sportsmanship throughout the season to be a member of the All-Centennial sportsmanship team.

Hulleberg Named Division III Scholar-Athlete of Year
Anders Hulleberg of Haverford College was named the USTFCCCA NCAA Division III Men’s Scholar Athlete of the Year for the 2010 cross country season on Tuesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). Hulleberg was also the NCAA Division III cross country champion for the 2010 fall season.

Haverford's Andrew Lanham ’10 won a Rhodes Scholarship to study at Oxford University. A first-team All-Conference runner, he was one of 32 winners from a field of 800 candidates and one of only four U.S. Rhodes winners from a liberal arts college.

The 18th annual Centennial Conference Cross Country championships return to the Free State for the first time since 2005 as Johns Hopkins serves as the host of the 2010 event. Since the inception of the Centennial in 1993, the Haverford men and the Dickinson women have been the dominant programs. The Fords have won 15 Conference titles, while the Red Devils have captured 10 championships, including eight during the last decade.

Hopkins Wins Gettysburg Invitational
"The Johns Hopkins men's cross country team placed four runners in the top 20 to edge out Shippenburg for the Gettysburg Invitational title on Saturday in Gettysburg, Pa. The Blue Jays totaled 76 points to narrowly defeat Shippensburg, who finished with 80 points. Salisbury (113), Gettysburg (163) and Susquehanna (191) completed the top five. Senior Steve Tobochnik was the lone Blue Jay in the top 10, finishing ninth with a time of 26:21.94."
