- Lytle becomes the fourth Swarthmore player to earn Player of the Year honors and first since Kathryn Stockbower in 2009. It is the fifth time a Garnet player has been selected, as Katie Robinson earned two awards in 2002 and 2003.
- Barbush is a repeater from the 2012 first team.
- Porter and Espinosa become the sixth and seventh freshmen named to the first or second-team All-Centennial lists.
- Kirkpatrick was named Coach of the Year for the second time. He was also honored in 2010.
- Johns Hopkins leads all Conference teams with 21 All-Centennial first-team nods since 1994, followed by Muhlenberg (16), Franklin & Marshall (13) and Swarthmore (13). Gettysburg and McDaniel (10) are tied for fifth, followed by Dickinson (8), Ursinus (6), Washington College (2) and Haverford (1).
