A historic opening round of play by the Susquehanna women’s golf team saw the Crusaders enter Sunday in first place at the William Smith Invitational, but they were edged out for the title by host William Smith and Le Moyne as SU placed third overall.

Morgan Koopman shot a 36-hole total of 165 to lead McDaniel to a 10th-place finish at the NYU Invitational in women's golf action on Saturday and Sunday. As a team, the Green Terror combined to shoot a total of 741 over the two days, improving from a score 375 on Saturday to a round of 366 on Sunday.

Spring All-Sportsmanship Team

Freshman Kara McNulty won her second consecutive event and Gettysburg finished one stroke shy of the school record as a team at the Gettysburg-Navy Lady Midshipman Fall Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 9. Gettysburg, which co-hosted the event alongside the Naval Academy's club team, finished with a team score of 344.
