Women’s Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week 3/25/19
Kristy Grovom, Sr, A, Washington College

Grovom Notched 11 points on nine goals and two assists in a 2-0 week for Washington College in addition to cashing in on all three of her free position shots. On Tuesday in a 14-11 victory over Christopher Newport, she tallied a career-high seven points on five goals and two assists as she factored into half of Washington's goals. In the game's decisive 6-0 run that put the Shorewomen for good at 8-3, she scored three of the goals and in the second half, scored two of Washington's four scores. On Saturday in the Shorewomen's 12-10 victory at Dickinson, just the second since 2004, she scored all four of her goals in the second and four of the team's last five goals. Grovom scored the team's last three goals in helping Washington hold off a comeback by the hosts.

Anna Meyers, Jr, D, Haverford

The junior defender had an outstanding game against conference foe McDaniel, proving to be an instrumental part of the back line as #23 Haverford won its conference opener over a fast-starting Green Terror. Meyers tallied a career-best five caused turnovers, tied for the second most in program single-game history, while also scooping three ground balls and controlling two draws.
