Winter All-Sportsmanship Team
The Centennial Conference Student-Athlete Advisory Committee established the All-Sportsmanship team in 2007. Each team elected one member from their team who displayed good sportsmanship throughout the season to be a member of the All-Centennial sportsmanship team.

303 students have been recognized for their accomplishments in the classroom and on the field of play with the announcement of the 2012 Centennial Conference Winter Academic Honor Roll.

All-Conference Wrestling Team
The 2012 Centennial Conference wrestling team was released today. Johns Hopkins dominated the 10-man first team with five selections. Blue Jay head coach Keith Norris was named Coach of the Year, while Gettysburg freshman 165 Zach Thomson is the Wrestler of the Year.

Johns Hopkins Wins First-Ever CC Wrestling Title
Johns Hopkins won five individual gold medals on its way to its first-ever Centennial wrestling championship Saturday at Gettysburg. Stevens' Joey Favia was named the Most Outstanding Wrestler.

Getting past the numbers game
There are some wrestlers who are known around the country. And there are those who will try and join that group over the next three weeks. By the time competition concludes this weekend, 160 student-athletes through nine qualifiers at the Division III level will have punched their tickets to the 2012 Division III Championships in La Crosse, Wis., on March 9-10.

Gettysburg freshman 165-pounder Zach Thomson has been selected as the 2012 Centennial Conference Wrestler of the Year in balloting by the nine head coaches in the Conference.

Former Ursinus Wrestler Dies in Car Accident
Former Ursinus College wrestler Dan Glover '12 passed away on Monday from injuries sustained in a car accident last week. He was a bronze medalist at 141 at the 2010 Centennial championship and had recently completed his degree in Exercise and Sports Science.

McDaniel and Gettysburg each won five bouts but a forfeit win at 149 proved to be the difference in the Green Terror's 24-21 Centennial win on Wednesday. McDaniel then lost a 51-0 decision to #23 Delaware Valley on Thursday night.

Burzynski Named Head Wrestling Coach at Muhlenberg
Former Division II All-American Brian Burzynski has been hired as head wrestling coach by Muhlenberg. Burzynski is a 2002 graduate of Kutztown University, where he was a three-time NCAA Tournament qualifier.
