GETTYSBURG, Pa. - With only one session of the 2012 Centennial Conference Swimming Championship complete, records have already been broken.
Swarthmore freshman Supriya Davis (Chapel Hill, N.C. / East Chapel Hill High) set a new Centennial Conference, championship and school record in the 200 IM with a time of 2:08.60. Her time of 2:08.60 was also an NCAA B qualifying time.
The previous Conference and championship records for the 200 IM, set by Gettysburg's Liz Janelle (2:09.14 CC, 2:10.16 champ), had been untouched for almost 10 years.
