Coach of the Year – Jessica Cortese, McDaniel

  • Harvey becomes the third player to win Player of the Year honors twice, also taking the award in 2011. She joins Gettysburg's Catherine Schott (1997-98-99) and Haverford's Rebecca Salvo (2008-09) in the elite club.
  • O'Day is the lone repeater from the 2012 team and the only unanimous selection.
  • It is the first time since 1998 and second time in Centennial history that no seniors are represented on the first team.
  • Cortese becomes the second coach to earn All-Centennial first team honors and Centennial Coach of the Year recognition. She was a first-team All-Conference selection in 2004 at Gettysburg. Franklin & Marshall's Mary Kate Boland was first-team All-CC in 1999 and 2000 and Coach of the Year in 2012.
  • Six students were also named to the Conference Academic Honor Roll, which recognizes sophomores, junior and seniors who are key performers and have a 3.40 cumulative grade point average or higher.
  • Gettysburg has 32 first-team selections since 1993, while Franklin & Marshall has 29 selections to the first unit.  Johns Hopkins is third (22), followed by Haverford (20), Muhlenberg (11), McDaniel (9), Swarthmore (6), Dickinson (4), Bryn Mawr (2), and Washington College (1).
